Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact. (Please email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.)

2. You can return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. (This 30-day period begins on the day when you receive your purchase for goods.)

3. If the customer bought the wrong product, the product is inappropriate, or the customer does not want the product, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

4. If the product is sent wrong, damaged in transit, or has other defects, WoomHome is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

Return Process:
  1. Contact WoomHome Customer Service Team to request a return, please DO NOT send back to the address on the parcel which is not ours.
  2. Get the return address.
  3. Fill in the after-sales card as well as print the barcode and paste it on your return parcel.
  4. Return your item.
  5. Send us your Tracking information.
  6. Get a Refund. (Don't Include The First Shipping Fee You Paid For This order. Once we received your return parcel, about 3 days to process your refunds.)
Easy Exchanges:
  • If you want to exchange the size or color. Have a easy exchange as long as it is in stock.

Partial Delivery and Missing Items
1. WoomHome products are ship from 2 warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.

2. If the item is missing, we will resend it for free within the warranty period.

3. Please do check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.

Order Cancellation
1. We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order.

2. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

3. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items Are Non-Refundable:

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, personal effects (underwear, etc.), bedding, bath towels are not returned and replaced after sale, and are inspected by authoritative departments.
